Position Overview

We are seeking a Housekeeping Specialist who takes pride in their work and approaches each space with care, precision, and respect. This is a client-facing role within luxury residences and boutique commercial environments. The ideal candidate is reliable, punctual, and naturally detail-oriented, with a strong work ethic and a composed, professional presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, and living spaces
• Maintain consistency and quality across recurring service visits
• Follow Maison Indigo service standards and checklists
• Care for delicate surfaces and high-end finishes appropriately
• Communicate professionally with clients and team members when needed
• Identify areas requiring additional attention and address them proactively

Additional Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred (but not required)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working in high-end homes and boutique commercial spaces
• Strong work ethic and positive, composed demeanor
• Reliable transportation required

Compensation & Growth

• This position is currently offered on a part-time/per diem basis, with hours based on client demand and scheduling needs. As Maison Indigo continues to grow, there is potential for increased and more consistent hours, with the opportunity to develop into a full-time position.
• Starting pay of $18 per hour, with the opportunity to earn the equivalent of up to $25 per hour through performance-based bonuses and incentives
• Monthly gas/mileage allowance of up to $200, based on work-related travel
• Ongoing paid training and professional development
• Clear opportunities for advancement within a growing, luxury housekeeping and commercial spaces care company

Work Environment

This role involves working in private residences and boutique commercial spaces where professionalism, discretion, and respect for the property are essential. Each space is unique, and attention to detail is critical to maintaining Maison Indigo standards. This position is best suited for individuals who prefer intentional, detail-driven work over fast-paced, rushed environments.
